My Background

Proven Operator, Not Just an Advisor

I hold degrees in Entrepreneurship and an MBA, but my education didn’t stop in a classroom.

Before founding Stone Strategies, I worked for a Fortune 500 company as a web designer, building and supporting digital systems at scale. I’ve always been close to technology both professionally and personally (I’m married to a systems engineer), which shaped how I think about structure, process, and efficiency.

But theory only matters if it works in the real world.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve built a five-star, award-winning business that is now fully self-running. It operates with systems, processes, and a team that doesn’t rely on me to function day to day.

That didn’t happen by accident.

It happened by:

- Clarifying how the business should actually run

- Building systems that real people could use

- Creating rhythms that supported growth without burnout
