You Don't Have to

Do This Alone

FoundHers Table Mastermind

A private room for women who are done building alone.

You don’t need another course.
You don’t need surface-level networking.
You don’t need motivation.

You need:

-Strategic clarity

-Honest numbers

-A room of women who understand the weight of leadership

FoundHers Table Mastermind is a curated mastermind for female founders scaling toward (or beyond) seven figures.

Join The Room Where It Happens

This is for the women who:

This mastermind is designed for founders generating multi-six figures in revenue and building to seven.

These women are leading a team or actively building one.

It is for the entrepreneur who carries the full mental load of vision and execution and understands that growth requires more than motivation.

You want structure, accountability, and real systems, not fluff.

You care about profitability just as much as top line revenue and are serious about building a business that lasts not just one that looks successful from the outside.

Mastermind Format

  • Weekly virtual sessions

  • Structured hot seats

  • KPI accountability

  • Community space for ongoing support

  • Occasional in-person gatherings

Topics of conversation

The FoundHers Table Mastermind is not passive.

It is structured around 3 pillars:

  1. Strategic Clarity

We define what "winning" looks like in numbers, not feelings. This includes revenue targets, profit margins, KPIs and the cadence of success. You will leave each meeting with clarity around what will actually move your business forward.

  1. Operational Infrastructure

We talk systems and explore new technology. From CRMs to dashboards and reporting, we talk about it all! We test new software and bring real world experience of businesses using them with success.

This is where founders move from reactive to executive.

  1. Leadership and Identity

The difference between and leader and leadership is that leader is a title and leadership is an action. We are building leadership tools. We discuss decision fatigue, hiring/firing and boundaries.

We even dig in to the deeper conversations like when leading can be lonely.

This is a room where honesty is welcomed and ambition is normal.

We will also celebrate YOUR wins with you and cheer you on for achieving the goals you have set.

Common Questions

Who is this mastermind for?

This mastermind is for founders generating multi six figures in revenue with goals of seven figures who are leading a team or actively building one. It is for the business owner carrying the weight of both vision and execution and ready for stronger systems, sharper decisions, and real accountability. If you are serious about building a profitable, scalable company, you will fit right in.

Who is this not for?

This is not for hobby businesses, early idea stage entrepreneurs, or those looking for free coaching. It is not a motivational circle or a casual networking group. If you are not actively building, hiring, scaling, or solving real operational challenges, this will likely feel too advanced.

What actually happens during a session?

We meet weekly for 45 minutes in a structured hot seat format. Each member shares wins, challenges, and key decisions they are facing. We pressure test ideas, troubleshoot systems, and create clear next steps. You leave with action, not inspiration alone. Abbey also brings frameworks, templates, and operational tools used inside her own companies and client businesses.

How is this different from a networking group?

This is not lead swapping. It is strategic accountability. Conversations are confidential, focused, and built around real numbers, real challenges, and real decisions. The goal is better operators, not bigger business cards.

Is there a long term commitment?

Membership is month to month at 150 dollars per month. We ask members to show up consistently and engage seriously, but you are not locked into a long contract. If it stops serving you, you can step away.

What industries are represented?

Members span service based industries, hospitality, events, marketing, and other founder led businesses. Industry diversity is intentional. The focus is on leadership, systems, profitability, and growth, which apply across sectors.

What kind of results can I expect?

Members often experience faster decision making, stronger margins, clearer KPIs, improved delegation, and more structured leadership. The biggest shift is moving from reactive to strategic. You begin operating the business instead of constantly being pulled by it.

What if I cannot attend every week?

We understand founders have full calendars. Consistency matters, but flexibility exists. If you miss a session, you can catch up on key takeaways. The more you show up, the more value you gain.

Why is it paid?

Paid rooms create committed rooms. When members invest financially, they show up prepared, engaged, and serious. The quality of conversation rises because everyone has skin in the game.

Can I try a session before committing?

Yes. You can reserve a complimentary seat and attend one full session to experience the format and caliber of discussion. If it feels aligned, you can join. If not, you will still walk away with value.

Why FoundHers Table Exists

As a founder operating multiple companies, including The Brownstone, I needed conversations about:

- Cash flow pressure

- Team Dynamics

- Infrastructure decisions

- Growth without chos

Not just "mindet." This room bridges operator-level strategy with real-life leadership.

If you’re ready to bring clarity and structure to your business, we’d love to help you build your next chapter on solid ground, with systems designed to support growth, sustainability, and celebration.
